North Korean leader Kim Jong un's sister, Kim Yo jong, recently launched a scathing attack on Southeast Asian nations for pushing for denuclearization on the Korean peninsula.
In a rebuke that marked a departure from Pyongyang's previous diplomatic efforts in the region, she dismissed as "stupid and foolish" the Association of Southeast Asian Nations' (Asean) call for a denuclearized Korea.
